Pilates Classes in the garden studio

You can visit me in my garden studio, here in Potters Bar, where I offer Pilates sessions both on the mat and apparatus. The small group classes and One to One sessions that I provide here, give you the opportunity to work in a safe and peaceful environment.

Pilates Classes in the Community

 I also provide Pilates mat classes in two other venues in Potters Bar and High Barnet.


Join these mixed-ability classes at any point in your Pilates journey. You may be new to Pilates or want to rejoin a class after taking a break from your Pilates practice. Everybody is welcome to class. I provide modifications and progressions throughout.

My Gentle Pilates Mat class is designed to make you feel revitalised, relaxed, and more in tune with your body. This class offers a calming and supportive environment where you can focus on your physical and mental well-being.

Feel Revitalised: Through slow, controlled movements, this class helps to gently wake up your muscles and increase blood flow, leaving you feeling energised and refreshed. Whether you're new to Pilates or seeking a more gentle practice, this class is perfect for enhancing your vitality without overwhelming your body.


Improve Mobility: The Gentle Pilates Mat class focuses on improving flexibility and joint mobility, allowing you to move with greater ease in your daily life. Each movement is carefully designed to stretch and lengthen your muscles, helping to release tension and increase your range of motion. This is especially beneficial for those who may feel stiff or have limited flexibility.


Enhance Well-Being: Beyond physical fitness, this class is a holistic practice that promotes overall well-being. The mindful approach to movement encourages a deep connection between your body and mind, helping to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and foster a sense of inner calm.
