6 weeks course:  Starts 10/01/2025 - Ends: 14/02/2025


Join me in the Studio for a 55 minute full body workout with the aim of strengthening muscles to aid everyday movements and tasks. This course is aimed at the more mature client who may be returning to exercise from surgery or recovering from injury, or wishing to do some gentle exercise.


Minimum requirement: to be able to get up and down from the floor unassisted.


My Gentle Pilates Mat class is designed to make you feel revitalised, relaxed, and more in tune with your body. This class offers a calming and supportive environment where you can focus on your physical and mental well-being.

• In order to ensure a high level of observation and correction, class numbers are limited.  Bookings are subject to availability.

• In consideration of the teacher and participants, once the class has begun any late comers will not be able to enter and will be Kasia Szymkiewicz Pilates needs to cancel any classes, you will not be charged.

You’ll be able to work at your own pace, with the option to intensify or simplify movements as needed.


Comprehensive Workout: The Mixed Ability class provides a full-body workout that strengthens, stretches, and tones your muscles. We focus on core stability, posture, flexibility, and overall strength, helping you to build a balanced and resilient body. The variety of exercises keeps the class dynamic and engaging, ensuring that you continue to progress and improve over time.


Supportive Environment: In a small group of up to six participants, you’ll benefit from personalised guidance and attention. I’m here to help you perfect your technique, make adjustments, and ensure that you’re getting the most out of each session. The supportive and encouraging atmosphere allows everyone to feel comfortable and confident, no matter their level of experience.
